Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
