We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Associate - Banking Solutions Specialist to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada).
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing banking solutions that meet their needs. As a Customer Experience Associate - Banking Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities- Process Financial Transactions: You will process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand and Determine Customer Needs: You will work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Respond and Resolve Customer Concerns: You will respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
- Achieve Assigned Goals and Business Objectives: You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve assigned goals and business objectives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Connect Personally with Customers: You will connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes, building strong relationships and trust.
- Help Build a Positive Work Environment: You will contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong Administration and Organizational Skills: You will need strong administration and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on Knowledge of MS Office: You will need hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet.
- A Go-Getter Attitude: You will need a go-getter attitude, exercising initiative and being accurate and detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Dynamic Communication Skills: You will need dynamic communication skills to connect with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
