About the Role- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized procedures and industry regulations.
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
- Respond and resolve customer concerns using established procedures and escalate non-standard issues when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks efficiently.
- Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative, be accurate, and detail-oriented when handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing with diverse individuals in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
