Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Ridall Pest Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows and Google Drive
