We are seeking a highly skilled **Trust and Safety Manager** to join our team at Team Centro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of our content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Compliance:

  1. Develop, implement, and enforce content compliance policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for our users.
  2. Monitor and review content to ensure it complies with platform policies and legal requirements, including age verification laws and data protection regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits of content and provide reports on compliance status to ensure our platform remains compliant.
  4. Manage the process for handling content complaints and violations, including content removal and appeals, to maintain a positive user experience.

Regulatory Compliance:

  1. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the online entertainment industry, including GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  2. Work with our legal counsel to interpret and apply regulations to platform operations, ensuring we remain compliant and avoid any potential risks.

Risk Management:

  1. Identify potential risks related to content and regulatory compliance and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring our platform remains safe and secure.
  2. Investigate and respond to incidents related to non-compliance or safety concerns, taking prompt action to resolve issues.

Team Management:

  1. Lead and manage a team of trust and safety specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  2. Provide training, support, and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  4. Collaborate with our legal, product, and customer support teams to address compliance and safety issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including content creators, users, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and understanding.
  6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, compliance, or a related field, preferably within the online entertainment industry or similar.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
