Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Officer to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Trust Officer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and managing complex estate and trust relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer estate, trust, and protection mandate accounts
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fiduciary solutions to meet client needs and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and centres of influence
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to grow client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support
Requirements
  • Specialized knowledge of the Civil Code of Québec related to estates and trusts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Possess or working towards Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation
