Snow Plow Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Seasonal Equipment Operator to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our road maintenance crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to maintain and repair highways, roads, and other surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Operate snow removal and sanding equipment, including salting and other seasonal maintenance on roads, bridges, and other surfaces.
- Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces, including signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes, striping, adding or replacing reflectors, and litter and debris removal.
- Set up and remove traffic control devices as required.
- Transport crew and equipment to work sites.
- Participate in emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related work experience in construction, road maintenance, commercial/industrial repair, or operating equipment through use of a DZ license.
- Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high precarious places, fume or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
