Job Title: Snow Plow/Seasonal Equipment OperatorJob Overview:

Webber, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to maintain contracted assets and operate heavy equipment during seasonal needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain contracted assets, including roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation.
  • Operate heavy equipment, including snow plows, graders, mowers, sweepers, and other equipment used for surface and right-of-way maintenance and repair.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal, salting, and sanding.
  • Conduct routine and non-routine tasks, recognizing hazards and making adjustments to avoid loss, injury, or accident.
  • Communicate with coworkers and supervisors, providing safety instructions and updates.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of related work experience in construction, road maintenance, or commercial/industrial repair.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Work Environment:
  • Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high precarious places, and fume or airborne particles.
