About the RoleAs a Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. You'll work closely with our operations team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year
