We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Hob Fine Foods. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the bar area, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Supervise and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers, to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement drink menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and control inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
- 2+ years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, with the ability to create and implement drink menus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
