Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement national lifeguard programs, including curriculum design, training, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Lead a team of program staff to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, public health, or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs, with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A competitive salary range of $68,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits.
