Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national lifeguard programs, including curriculum design, training, and evaluation.

  • Lead a team of program staff to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, public health, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a leadership role.
