Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at the Union of Ontario Indians. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the organization's needs
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Coordinate the implementation of human resources software and other systems to support the HR function
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff
  • Provide support to management and staff on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
