Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Speedy Cash Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting our financial products and services, and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Windows, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to perform daily tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
