Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Speedy Cash Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting our financial products and services, and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, balance daily transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Windows, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to perform job duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or financial services role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
