Corporate Onboarding Manager

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate learning and onboarding.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree specialization in adult learning, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience in facilitating training, presentations, and group activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Passion for teaching, motivating, and coaching, with the ability to create and sustain strong working partnerships with all stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to quality, detail, and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to embrace and champion change at short notice.
- Team player with high energy, enthusiasm, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train different audiences effectively.
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Must stay relevant to technology and have the flexibility to adapt to growing technology and market demands.
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with a fast-paced global team.
- Experience working within a technical organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
