Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical project coordination for designated projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Lead planning processes to identify specific needs within Mental Health & Addictions and other areas of health.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Mental Health & Addictions managers to ensure VCH-wide plans meet standards.
- Research and recommend policies and practices to support care delivery models.
- Work with stakeholders to provide resources and contacts for sourcing and developing care models.
- Develop and complete action research/evaluation processes to gather and share expertise.
- Manage project transitions and ensure effective handovers to responsible community managers.
- Masters Degree in a health-related discipline.
- Five years recent experience related to the designated initiative or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
