We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based mental health programs, conducting assessments, and delivering individual and group treatments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physiotherapy, kinesiology, occupational therapy, and vocational rehab specialists, to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $131,000 to $192,000 per year, plus generous benefits, perks, employee share ownership programs, employee discount programs, and education reimbursement programs.

Job Description
  • Develop new mental health program content for various client groups
  • Leverage novel approaches to deliver mental health services, including adjunct digital therapeutics
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and groups
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
  • Consult with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to in-house training sessions and case discussions
  • Participate in program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical)
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
