Job Summary

The Clinical Systems Adoption Coach plays a vital role in enhancing the adoption and utilization of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) systems at Northern Health. As an experienced professional, you will provide coaching and guidance to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize their use of EMRs. Your expertise will enable local sustainment and adoption of EMRs, ensuring quality improvement in clinical practices, processes, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide at-the-elbow and remote coaching to clinicians on effective EMR utilization
* Support clinicians in acute, primary, and community facilities and clinics
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance EMR skills
* Collaborate with site operational leaders, regional programs, and clinical informatics to resolve issues related to change management, training, design, build, and support of EMRs

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or health informatics discipline
* Current full practicing registration with a provincial College or Association (for regulated healthcare professionals)
* Relevant professional development in areas like IM/IT, process improvement, change management, project management, group facilitation
* 5-7 years of front-line clinical care experience and working in clinical operations and/or clinical systems

**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary range from $88,990 to $111,237 based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions
