Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Assistant to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a engaging and enriching experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and implementing resident-centered activities and programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure that all activities and programs meet the needs and interests of our residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and schools to secure volunteer support and resources for activities and programs.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that all activities and programs meet Sunrise's quality standards.
- One year of experience in a senior living community or a related field.
- Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
