Activities Coordinator

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a engaging and enriching experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining a balanced resident-centered activity program that meets the needs and interests of our residents.
- Support the networking efforts to retain a volunteer base and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and schools.
- Review and document pertinent information in the Daily Log and Department Log.
- Participate in the QA process to ensure excellent quality care and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Sunrise quality standards.
- One year of job-related experience in senior living communities preferred.
- Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and team members.
- Current federal and state licenses, such as CDL and/or chauffeur license, with an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work semi-independently and make responsible choices.
