Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Client Focus: Foster a client-focused culture, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and organized.
As a Retail Supervisor at Canadian Tire Gas+, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues daily. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
