We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter - Wholesale to join our team at Fivebutchers Meat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for cutting and processing high-quality meats for wholesale distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Processing: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to company guidelines and quality control measures.
- Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for wholesale distribution, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging.
- Quality Control: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Sales and Customer Service: Price meat products and sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
