Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Prepare meats for processing by cleaning and sanitizing.
- Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters into standard cuts.
- Trim and prepare various cuts of meat for sale.
- Wrap and package meats to maintain freshness and quality.
- Remove bones from meat as necessary.
- Accurately weigh meats for customer purchases.
- Label and price meat products appropriately.
- Engage with customers to sell meat products and provide assistance.
- Handle special orders with care and precision.
- Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in meat processing.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language of Work: English.
- Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
