Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meats to order, ensuring precision and quality
- Prepare standard cuts of meat, including slicing and wrapping
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
- Grind meats and slice cooked meats as needed
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats for presentation
As a Meat Cutter at Ricky's All Day Grill, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding role.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
