About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Scientist, Data Science and Computational Biology to join our portfolio-facing data science team. As a key member of this team, you will be at the forefront of reimagining drug discovery from first principles using our massive data and compute capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate therapeutic hypotheses using internal and external data sources to validate the link between proposed targets and disease biology.
  • Guide multimodal SAR, decipher drug mechanism of action, and identify candidate biomarkers to measure in translational and clinical studies.
  • Partner with machine learning and computational scientists from across the organization to develop, deploy, and scale novel approaches to patient selection and indication expansion.
Your Qualifications
  • PhD in a relevant field (computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, cancer/cell biology) with a strong computational focus and 3+ years of experience in biotech or pharma industry solving fundamental problems in oncology or drug discovery OR MS in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in biotech or pharma industry solving fundamental problems in oncology or drug discovery.
  • Experience applying computational methods to analyze and integrate complex biological and/or human clinical data in a high-level programming language such as Python or R.
