Business Development Officer

Quincy healthcare and homecare services incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to support business growth and development
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective implementation of business strategies
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on business development
  • Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business decisions
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to reach new customers
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
