Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Quincy Healthcare and Homecare Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to promote business investment and development
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective implementation of business strategies
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles on business development and marketing
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data on business trends and opportunities
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business investment and development
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to promote business investment and development
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote business investment and development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and other business software
