As a Project Coordinator, Formwork, you'll work alongside our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of formwork operations. You'll assist in reviewing designs, managing subcontractors, and reporting project progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our in-house team to review designs and optimize structure design
  • Manage and motivate a team of subcontractors, engineers, and external consultants
  • Report data, project progress, and productivity to management and the general contractor
  • Review designs and use knowledge of construction methods to support preconstruction and estimating
  • Read and organize all general and technical specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a certificate, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication, confidence, and ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • A strong work ethic, proactive, independent, eager to learn, resourceful, and committed
  • Academic experience in Procore, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, Revit, and other construction-related software
  • Some site experience, especially for a formwork trade, will be considered an asset
