Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
    • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Talent Management
    • Design and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment
  • HR Operations
    • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and making job offers
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support the company's growth and success
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
