Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store
- Establish work schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform other tasks as required
