Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales growth.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Establish work schedules, monitor sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform other tasks as required.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and promoting sales growth.
