Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor - Chevron
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales and service staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory
- Establish work schedules and supervise activities of workers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment: Our gas station is a retail service establishment with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
