CB Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support our provincial government client in developing an agile/hybrid framework for their Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the Chief Information Officer - Project Management Office in transitioning to agile project methodology
- Assist in expanding and formalizing the agile practice
- Provide assistance with organizational change
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience transitioning traditional waterfall project methodology to agile/hybrid project methodology
- Experience as an agile coach/Scrum Master in a large organization with appropriate certification
- Certification in SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Disciplined Agile ScrumMaster (DASM), or equivalent
- Experience leading IT projects and working with various agile frameworks (e.g., Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe))
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
- PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification
- Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) certification
