Agile Coach - Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach - Scrum Master to join our team at CB Canada. As an Agile Coach - Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding our client's Chief Information Officer - Project Management Office in developing an agile/hybrid framework, expanding and formalizing the agile practice, and providing assistance with organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition traditional waterfall project methodology to agile/hybrid project methodology and create agile framework for project team assessments.
  • Experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master in a large organization with appropriate certification.
  • Lead IT projects and have experience with a variety of agile frameworks (e.g., Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe)).

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in transitioning traditional waterfall project methodology to agile/hybrid project methodology.
  • Experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master in a large organization with appropriate certification.
  • Experience leading IT projects and having experience with a variety of agile frameworks.

  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
  • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) Certification
  • Disciplined Agile ScrumMaster (DASM)
  • Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
