Job Description

As a Scrum Master/Project Manager at Definity Financial, you will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters collaboration between the Product Owner and Squad. You will oversee the implementation of Agile principles, tools, and techniques, ensuring the effective application of LEAN and Scrum of Scrums methodologies. Additionally, you will provide governance and support to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and refine product backlogs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the Squad on Agile practices and principles
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Scrum Master or Project Management roles
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
