Job Summary:
Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Solutions Analyst to play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business needs into functional requirements for our Dynamics 365 systems. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure our D365 solutions effectively support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Functional Support and Guidance: Leverage your knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM/F&O) to provide functional support and guidance. Configure D365 modules as needed to align with business processes.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through the use of D365.
- Solution Design and Recommendation: Design and recommend solutions within D365 to address business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues.
- Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of D365 implementation projects. Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and conduct testing of D365 solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and quality standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and process workflows. Ensure documentation is updated and accessible.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or CBAP) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
- Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills with strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and solve problems.
- Critical Thinking: Strong Critical Thinking skills to evaluate information and arguments, making reasoned judgments.
- Attention to Detail: Fanatical attention to detail with precision in carrying out tasks and spotting errors or inconsistencies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written.
- Motivation and Teamwork: Highly motivated and ability to work independently. Strong team player.
