Job Title: Senior Director of Analytics

Momentum Financial Services Group is a leading provider of financial services in North America. As a Senior Director of Analytics, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced analytics leader to build and lead a team of analytic professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, reporting, and data visualization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify business problems and develop analytics solutions.
  • Lead a team of analytic professionals to develop and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a learning agenda to stay up-to-date with new tools, techniques, and data sources.
  • Evaluate and curate new tools, techniques, and data sources to uncover business value.
  • Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in applied analytics, preferably in financial services.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Expert in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or other analytic programming languages.
  • Expert in the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, etc. utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.
