Job Title: Receptionist-Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist-Clerk to join our team at Sign A Rama. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database software and accounting software an asset.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting tight deadlines.
