We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Poly Blow Moulding Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
- Design plant layouts and production facilities
- Conduct work measurement or other studies
- Collect and compile operational or experimental data
- Collect and analyze data and samples
- Develop manufacturing and processing procedures
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Prepare production reports
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment
