Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient plant layouts and production facilities to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct work measurement studies to analyze production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop computer applications to control and monitor machine operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
