Multi-service Center Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and partners, while maintaining existing relationships.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the multi-service center, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: High school diploma with experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, as well as a valid driver's license.
