Multi-service Center Manager

At COGIR Immobilier, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-service Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and operation of our multi-service center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the center, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all activities related to the proper operation of the center. This will involve ensuring compliance with partner files, monitoring CMS quality standards, and achieving customer satisfaction objectives.
You will also be responsible for developing existing services by optimizing the visibility of partners, establishing intervention plans as needed, and maintaining relationships with potential clients and CMS partners. Additionally, you will participate in market development activities, stay on the lookout for job market opportunities, and participate in the management committee to improve processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. You should have a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is also required. A valid driver's license and experience in personnel management are assets.
