Are you looking for a challenging role as a Food Service Supervisor at Broast Inn?
We are seeking an experienced team lead to oversee our food service operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with approximately 32 to 37.5 hours per week, offering health care plan benefits and free parking available.
Please find below the key responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Establish efficient work schedules and methods to meet high-volume demands.
- Staff Supervision: Coordinate and supervise activities of kitchen staff, including training on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock levels, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
A competitive salary range for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
