About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to clients.
    • Ensure clients have a positive and engaging experience in our store.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Sephora.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
    • Communicate product knowledge to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Participate in inventory management and control.
    • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
