Supply Chain Specialist

Randstad Canada is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Brampton. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.
Job SummaryThe Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with suppliers to ensure an exceptional supplier experience. You will generate and review replenishment IDs in Overdrive to determine stock requirements, enter purchase orders in the company's ERP system, and follow up on credit-hold or profit-hold issues that may delay the purchase of a needed product.
You will interact with preferred carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of incoming stock, using the most cost-effective mode of transport. You will also provide necessary customs clearance documentation and take action to prevent customs clearance delays that may impact customer orders.
About YouWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, customer service, purchasing, or inventory management. You should have a college diploma in a related field and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with suppliers

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The position also offers full health and dental benefits, 3 weeks of vacation, and a 4% RRSP matching program.
