You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. The Three Hills Health Centre has a range of services, including Acute Care, Emergency, and Labour & Delivery, providing a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide a wide range of nursing services to patients, families, and communities.
- Utilize critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Teach, counsel, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families.
- Support an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance.
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.
- Proficiency in relevant technical nursing skills and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
- One year of experience in Emergency Department or Labour & Delivery.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
- Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS) Certification.
