Nurse Practitioner

Your Opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team at the Three Hills Health Centre, providing high-quality patient care in Acute Care, Emergency, and Labour & Delivery. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, while maintaining a focus on the AHS Patient First and Our People strategies.
Description:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide a wide range of nursing services to patients, families, and communities, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will utilize critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to provide safe, quality patient care. You will also have opportunities to teach, counsel, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
Additional Required Qualifications:
- Integrate Patient and Family Centered Care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year within the last two years' Emergency Department experience
- One year within the last two years' Labor & Delivery experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
