Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at JCK Construction. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams;
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions to ensure projects stay on track;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Manage and mitigate risks, conflicts, and unexpected events that may impact project delivery;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, and expectations;
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards;
  • Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, using sound judgment and critical thinking skills;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects;
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field;
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP, LEED AP, or CM;
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore, Asana, or Trello;
  • Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permits;
