  1. Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through continual training, regular meetings, and daily check-ins.
  2. Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits, audits, and problem-solving.
  3. Manage retention and growth by motivating your district to solicit new customers, up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product, and ensure a profitable product mix.
  4. Lead your district to success by communicating changes and policies, overseeing route organization, and projecting a professional image.
  5. Complete general route responsibilities when necessary, including safely operating a delivery vehicle and following all applicable laws and company policy.
  6. Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
Requirements
  1. Have and maintain a valid Driver's License and keep a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
  2. Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
  3. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction, and good time management skills and team player.
  4. Recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and count, add, and subtract accurately.
Education and Travel Requirements

High School graduation or similar experience. Qualified to hold a driver's license. Frequently travel within the branch area.
