This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in quality assurance and process control. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems and processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality systems and processes
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and other functional areas to deliver key organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques and complex data analysis to identify and analyze quality trends
  • Investigate customer claims and sales complaints to identify root cause and make recommendations for corrective action
  • Represent the plant at job site inspections and develop strong working relationships with claims inspectors and processing teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on key organizational objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
  • 10 years of equivalent training and experience
  • WCM, Kaizen, or Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis skills
  • ASQ-CQE certification an asset
